A development group plans to move forward with a 12-story apartment after purchasing a site in the Flagler Village neighborhood of Fort Lauderdale.
Levy Ft. Lauderdale Holdings LLC, managed by Joshua Levy in Hallandale Beach, sold the 1.3-acre site at Four Northwest Seventh Street for $9.42 million to a joint venture between Miami-based Midtown Capital Partners and Advantis Development, the multifamily arm of New Smyrna Beach-based Prospect Real Estate Group.
